These people lied about everything. They didn’t fix anything they promised when I moved in. I had to pay to have the storage shed cleared out after 4 false promises from the owners and management company.

I had to deduct this expense from the rent after no response from Coldwell Banker Premier Property Management. They ignored my request for compensation which forced me to have to deduct from rent payment before a late fee was generated. This means I had to go to the bank, pay $10 for a cashier’s check, and deliver it to their office before the rent was late.

This place was actually dangerous when I moved in. The only reason I moved in was because the management company claimed that the owners were going to fix the problems. Tyler at Coldwell Banker Premier Property Management stated that the owner only needed to decide the order in which repairs would be made.

I waited 5 months and was never able to have my grandchildren over to visit with me in that time. The island in the kitchen wasn’t bolted down which makes it impossible to have small children over when the island could actually fall on them. The guest bathroom had a broken shower handle which made it impossible to set the water temperature to a safe level. There were a lot of problems which was the catalyst for this website.

Those are just a few of the problems besides the electrical issues, ongoing noise on windy days, and broken overhead lights. I have identified the problems in detail on this page.

My lease says that Coldwell Banker Premier Property Management was supposed to represent myself and the owners but of course they chose to cheat the customer. If I would’ve known they were lying about repairs, I would never have agreed to pay the rent they were asking!
